Alteria Capital raises Rs.1,800-Cr for second venture debt fund
Alteria Capital has achieved the final close of its second venture debt fund at INR 1,800 crore. Alteria, which had hit the road for its second fund in December, now has INR 2,750 crore in assets under management. The firm has broadened the investor base significantly in the second fund with around 300 investors, including institutional investors, family offices and high net-worth individuals (HNIs). Half of the fund was raised from investors in the first fund. New investors in the second fund also include startup founders.
