Altern Capital launches maiden Rs.250-Cr real estate fund
Altern Capital, an investment management company focussed on real estate investments, has launched its maiden Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) named JIRAAF AU INDIA REAL ESTATE FUND - I.The target size of the fund is INR 250 crore, with an additional greenshoe option of INR 100 crore. AI Growth Pvt Ltd, through its brands “JIRAAF & ALTGRAAF”, is the sponsor of the fund.The fund, with a tenure of four years, will focus on early project completion and quicker visibility.
