Amara Raja increases stake by 4.5% in InoBat with $21.4 M investment

Publicly-listed Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited (formerly known as Amara Raja Batteries Limited) has invested EUR 20 million (around USD 21.42 million), to acquire an additional 4.5% equity stake in InoBat , a Slovakia-based company that is a developer and manufacturer of innovative batteries for e-mobility. With this investment, Amara Raja's total holding will become 9.32%. It had previously invested EUR 10 million in Inobat.
