Amber Group subsidiary ILJIN Electronics raises Rs.1,200-Cr led by ChrysCap
Greater Noida-based ILJIN Electronics India , a subsidiary and electronics division of Amber Group, has raised INR 1,100 crore from ChrysCapital and INR 100 crore from InCred Growth Partners Fund I (InCred PE) in the form of equity shares and compulsorily convertible preference shares.This fundraise is the firm’s first external institutional capital raise, which will enable ILJIN to increase the scale of its operations and enhance manufacturing capabilities while exploring strategic and targeted acquisitions.ILJIN Electronics, the Electronic Division of Amber Enterprise, specialises in manufacturing bare printed circuit boards (PCBs) and PCB assembly for consumer durables, automotive, telecom, healthcare, renewable energy, aerospace, and defence industries.ILJIN reported FY25 revenues of INR 2,194 crore, driven by a 52% CAGR from FY22-25, and is expanding into battery energy storage systems and industrial automation.
