Apax India Head Anurag Sud quits; Harjot Dhaliwal to head India ops

Anurag Sud , India Head of international PE firm Apax Partners, has quit. Sud had taken over as India Head in 2023 after Shashank Singh, who had headed the India office from 2013, quit. Prior to joining Apax in 2022, Sud was a Principal at Baring Private Equity Asia (now EQT Partners).Harjot Dhaliwal , a partner currently based out of New York, will relocate to Mumbai to lead the India operations. Dhaliwal had joined Apax in 2018 and has participated in key deals including IBS Software, Infogain, Azentio and Fractal Analytics.
