Apis Partners, Madison Capital, ROC Partners exit Star Health; sell shares worth Rs.2,210-Cr
Apis Partners, Madison Capital and ROC Partners have sold off their entire residual holdings in publicly-listed, Chennai-based Star Health & Allied Insurance via block deals on the NSE on May 23. The investors offloaded 41.3 million shares in aggregate at INR 535 apiece, fetching worth INR 2,210.5 crore.As of March 2024, Apis Partners (via Apis Growth 6) had held a 2.61% stake and ROC Capital (via Roc Star Investment Trust) owned 1.01%. Madison Capital owned 2.21% via Mio Star and 2.39% via Mio IV Star.
