Apis Partners sells Star Health Insurance shares worth Rs.323-Cr, registers 6.22x return

Apis Partners has sold a 0.91% stake of publicly listed Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Ltd fetching INR 323.40 crore. Post the sale, the investor holds a 4.80% stake in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Aug 2016, Apis Partners invested INR 212.89 Cr in Star Health. Subsequently it invested more and then made part exits from the firm. The company went public in Dec 2021 at INR 900 per share and Apis Partners made a part exit as part of the IPO.
