Apparel brand Rare Rabbit raises Rs.150-Cr led by A91 Partners
Bengaluru-based Radhamani Textiles Pvt Ltd, which owns and operates the premium apparel brand Rare Rabbit , has raised an equity investment of INR 150 crore from A91 Partners, the investment unit of stock market investment portal Zerodha’s founder Nikhil Kamath (NKSquared and Gruhas Proptech) and the promoter family of ethnic wear brand Manyavar (via Ravi Modi Family Trust, and Vedant Modi).A91 Emerging Fund II LLP led the round with a INR 102 crore, NkSquared infused INR 29 crore, Ravi Modi Family Trust infused INR 15 crore, while Vedant Modi put in INR 2.9 crore.
