AR & XR experiences creator Ctruh raises $2.5 M from IPV, Avinya Ventures, others
Bengaluru-based Ctruh has raised USD 2.5 million in a seed funding round co-led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) and Avinya Ventures. Participating investors included India Accelerator, Founder's Avenue, Anthill Ventures, Finvolve, LVX, Vivek Sinha, and Shivakumar Ganesan.The startup had previously raised USD 2 million from Pankaj Jain and Dharmendra Jain in January 2023.Founded in 2022 by Vinay Agastya, Ctruh specialises in AI, 3D, and XR (Extended Reality). The company develops a browser-native 3D engine called VersaAI and a platform named Commverse Studio. Its offerings include a no-code, browser-native infrastructure that facilitates 3D experiences across various devices without requiring downloads or specialised hardware.The newly raised funds will be allocated towards research and development, product innovation, and international expansion.
