Arbour Investments commits Rs.105-Cr to ELV for 2 projects in Bengaluru’s Whitefield
Arbour Investments, a real estate investment management platform, has committed INR 105 crore to property developer ELV Projects for its residential developments - ELV Highgarden and ELV Kingsland - in Whitefield, East Bengaluru.As part of the transaction, Arbour has already disbursed the first tranche of INR 20 crore. The firm will follow a milestone-based disbursement and release the remaining amount over the next eight to nine months.
