Ares SSG Capital partner Shyam Maheshwari resigns

Shyam Maheshwari, a partner at Ares SSG Group and co-founder of SSG Capital, has resigned. He will be staying until the end of 2021 to facilitate a smooth transition. Maheshwari is on Ares SSG's investment committee and is a director of Ares SSG Singapore. The firm focuses on special situations, private equity and debt financing.
