Ares SSG, via Investment Opportunities V Pte Ltd, has sold 2,45,05,270 equity shares (10% stake) at an average price of INR 6.80 per share of publicly-listed PVP Ventures Ltd between Jul 22, 2022 and Jul 26, 2022 through bulk deals on NSE and BSE. The sales aggregated to INR 16.67 crore.

In Sep 2012, Ares SSG (earlier SSG Capital) invested INR 15.07 crore for 10% stake in PVP Ventures Ltd.
