Arka Investment Advisory to raise Rs.500-Cr for new residential realty fund

Arka Investment Advisory Services Pvt Ltd (AIASPL), a Kirloskar Group company, plans to raise the firm’s second alternative investment fund, Arka Hreem Real Estate Opportunities Fund. The fund targets residential projects across Tier 1 cities. It has a target size of INR 500 crore and a green shoe option of INR 250 crore. Rohan Builders, a real estate and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) player, has become the operating partner for the fund.This launch follows the successful final closing of Arka's maiden private credit fund.
