Arnya Realestates Fund Advisors (via Arnya Real Estate Fund - Debt) has invested INR 130 crore in Casagrand's residential project in South Bengaluru.The latest deal marks the high yield debt fund’s second investment after its initial investment in Navi Mumbai in October 2024.
