ASK fund to invest Rs.120-Cr in Trevoc’s Gurgaon luxury residential project
ASK Property Fund, via its high yield debt fund ASK Real Estate Special Opportunities Fund IV, is to invest INR 120 crore in Trevoc’s luxury residential project in Gurgaon. The investment will be used towards acquisition cost and the project's working capital. Trevoc is investing INR 80 crore in the project.Trevoc had acquired the two-acre plot (in Sector 56) for the project for INR 120 crore in October 2023 through an auction held by the Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP). The project has a total saleable area of about 5 lakh square feet comprising over 175 residential units.
