ASK Property Fund commits Rs.300-Cr to 2 residential projects in Ghaziabad

Mumbai-based ASK Property Fund , the real estate investment arm of the Blackstone-backed ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group, has invested INR 300 crore across two residential projects in Ghaziabad, initiated by BRV Group and KW Group.The funds are directed toward a 4.7-acre project in Vasundhara managed by BRV Group and a 1.5-acre development in Indirapuram by KW Group.Established in 2009, the company focuses on private equity investments in the self-liquidating residential segment.
