ASK Property Fund exits Shriram Properties’ Chennai project with Rs.340-Cr
ASK Property Fund has exited its investment in a residential project located in Mangadu, Chennai. The firm realized INR 340 crore from the exit against its initial investment of INR 215 crore. ASK Property Fund had provided growth capital for the project in 2023.The project, developed by Shriram Properties , spans approximately 2.0 million sq ft of saleable area. The transaction delivered a gross investment multiple of approximately 1.6x for the fund. This exit marks the second realisation under the partnership between the two companies.
