ASK Property Fund invests Rs.245-Cr in Satya Group’s Gurugram residential project
ASK Property Fund has invested INR 245 crore for the development of a residential project by Satya Group in Sector 104, Dwarka Expressway Gurugram. The project is spread across 1.2 million square feet and is expected to generate revenue exceeding INR 1,600 crore over the next five years. The fund will be used for land acquisition and the project’s working capital requirement.
