ASK Property Fund invests Rs.260-Cr in Kreeva’s South Delhi luxury housing project
ASK Property Fund, the real estate arm of Blackstone-backed ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group, has invested INR 260 crore in Gurugram-based Kreeva , the real estate venture of Kanodia Group, for a luxury residential project in South Delhi.Kreeva acquired a land parcel in South Delhi for about INR 350 crore, which is approved for a luxury vertical residential development and will span 500,000 sq ft and offer 3.5, 4.5, and 5.5 BHK apartments.ASK Property Fund previously invested INR 270 crore in a joint venture between Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate and Kreeva for a luxury residential project in Sector 46, Gurugram.
