ASK Property Fund invests Rs.500-Cr in Bhumika Group’s NCR projects

ASK Property Fund is to invest INR 500 crore in various residential real estate projects developed by Bhumika Group across the National Capital Region. The initial deployment of INR 125 crore is designated for a 20-acre plotted development project located in Faridabad.The Bhumika Group aims to leverage the partnership to drive development in emerging micro-markets. It intends to utilize the capital to support execution and value creation in regions currently benefiting from infrastructure upgrades, such as the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway link and the Noida International Airport.
