ASK Property Fund to invest Rs.210-Cr in 2 Gami Group projects in Navi Mumbai
ASK Property Fund, the real estate arm of the Blackstone-backed ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group, will invest INR 210 crore in two residential projects by Gami Group located in Navi Mumbai, marking its initial foray into the Navi Mumbai market.One of the projects is in CBD Belapur, a 2-acre development offering two- and three-bedroom residences, while the other is in the Ghansoli micro market, near Ghansoli station and Thane-Belapur Road.Founded in 2000 by Manasi Gami, Gami Group is a developer with 3.7 million square feet (msf) of completed, 7.6 msf of ongoing, and 5.4 msf of upcoming developments.
