ASK-Sotheby's to launch luxury real estate fund

ASK Property Fund (the real estate private equity arm of ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group) alongside Sotheby’s International Realty is set to launch ASK Curated Luxury Assets Fund, an investment platform dedicated to luxury real estate in the Indian market.The fund aims to raise INR 1,000 crore in equity, with a green-shoe option of an additional INR 500 crore and plans to invest in early-stage luxury residential projects across Mumbai, Bengaluru, and the Delhi-NCR region. It will also support premium second-home developments, including villas and low-rise projects, in coastal cities, hill stations, and religious destinations.
