Astrology marketplace InstaAstro raises $12-M Series A
Gurugram-based InstaAstro has raised USD 12 million in a Series A funding round led by Singularity AMC and Artha India Ventures. Founder Nitin Verma and Artha India Ventures managing partner Anirudh Damani also participated in their personal capacities.Founded in 2021 by Nitin Verma, InstaAstro connects users with experts across astrology, tarot, numerology, kundali, vastu, and related disciplines. In addition to live consultations, the firm offers pooja seva, astrology courses, and products such as accessories and gemstones.The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand across regional and international markets, strengthen its pooja seva offerings, and grow its product business. A significant share of the funding is allocated for AI-led product development, including the introduction of sentiment analysis to enhance consultation quality and the expansion of multilingual support.The company stated that it has crossed INR 200 crore in annualised revenue, with operating revenue rising to INR 111 crore in FY26, compared to INR 52 crore in the previous year.
Between Sep 2021 and Aug 2023, InstaAstro had attracted about $ 3 M from Artha India Ventures, Blume Ventures, LogX Ventures, Singularity AMC, Others.
