Auraska Ventures launches Rs.500-Cr cultural economy fund
Mumbai-headquartered Auraska Ventures has launched ‘Auraska Opportunities Fund’, a Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) targeting INR 500 crore. The fund focuses on India's “Orange Economy” or cultural economy across sectors such as consumer, media, sports, gaming, fashion, and intellectual property-led businesses. It plans to invest in 10-15 companies in seed to Series B stages.The fund will primarily make equity investments, with opportunistic high-yield debt investments.
