Aurionpro Solutions acquires developer tools startup Arya.ai for $16.5 M
Navi Mumbai-based Aurionpro Solutions has acquired a 67% stake in Mumbai-based banking and insurance-focused developer tools startup, Arya.ai , for approximately USD 16.5 million. The all cash deal was executed via a mix of secondary acquisition of shares and primary infusion.Arya.ai claims to productize the vertical specific layers required for firms in banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) industry to deploy safe, responsible and auditable artificial intelligence across cases.
Between Dec 15 and May 20, Arya.ai had raised seed funding of USD 1 M from DMI Group, YourNest and angel investors.
