Aurum PropTech to acquire 53% stake in co-living platform Grexter for Rs.27-Cr
Mumbai-based, publicly listed Aurum PropTech (formerly Majesco) is to buy a 53% stake in Bengaluru-based co-living company Grexter Housing Solutions for INR 26.7 crore in cash. Under the deal, Aurum will acquire 53% of the share capital of Grexter via a mix of fresh equity shares and purchase of existing equity shares. Grexter Living will be utilising the primary capital to scale up its business. It is aiming to strengthen product offering by improving its technology platform and focusing on community-led engagement in its co-living spaces. For FY21, it had reported a revenue of INR 2.6 crore.
