Autocomp maker Minda Corp acquires 49% stake in Flash Electronics for Rs.1,372-Cr
Noida-based auto components maker Minda Corporation has acquired 49% stake in New Delhi-based Flash Electronics for INR 1,372 crore in cash.Minda Corporation is into automotive body electronics and Flash is in automotive engine and powertrain electronics. The acquisition is intended to expand the product offerings of both companies, leveraging their existing portfolios to create a comprehensive range of solutions for electric vehicles.
