Autonomous vehicle-tech co. RoshAi raises Rs.22-Cr led by IAN Alpha Fund
Kochi-based RoshAi has raised INR 22 crore (USD 2.36 million) in a funding round led by IAN Alpha Fund. The startup had previously raised about USD 1.71 million in a seed funding round from Caret Capital, Ev2 Ventures, and ThinKuvate.Founded in 2021 by Roshy John and Rajaram Moorthy, RoshAi enables commercial vehicles operating in confined environments such as seaports, mining sites, airports, and industrial yards to run autonomously. The company uses a combination of retrofit hardware and AI-powered fleet software.The company plans to use the new funds to enhance its product, broaden deployments, and increase its presence in global industrial markets.
For FY24, Rosh.ai had reported about INR 0.55 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 0.82 Cr in Net Loss.
