Ayu Health raises $6.54 M Series A from Vertex Ventures, Stellaris, Alteria, others
Bengaluru-based Plus Health Tech Ventures Pvt Ltd, which operates an Oyo-like model for hospitals under the brand Ayu Health, has raised USD 6.54 million (INR 47.94 crore) in a Series A funding round led by Vertex Ventures. Ayu's network currently covers hospitals in Bengaluru and Chandigarh. Vertex Ventures and Stellaris Venture Partners have invested INR 24.05 crore and INR 12.95 crore, respectively, through Series A CCPS. Alteria Capital, via its Fund II, has invested INR 10.00 crore through non-convertible debentures. Individual investors including Varun Alagh have invested INR 0.94 crore. The round values the company at INR 135.14 crore.
