B2B banking infra platform Blostem raises funding led by Rainmatter for 9% stake

Delhi-based B2B (business-to-business) banking infrastructure platform Blostem has raised a pre-Series A funding round, led by Rainmatter (the investment arm backed by Zerodha), in return for a 9% stake in the startup.Founded by Ravi Jain, Sandeep Garg, Uday Sharma, and Pankaj Pratap Singh, Blostem provides a plug-and-play infrastructure layer that allows brokers, fintech apps, payment players, and wealth-tech platforms to offer retail digital banking products, including fixed deposits, FD-backed credit cards, and Credit-on-UPI, through a unified API.The newly raised capital will be deployed to expand distribution, strengthen partnerships with banks, develop new products, and hire senior talent across technology, compliance, and partnerships.

In Jun 2025, Blostem had raised INR 4 crore from AC Ventures.
