B2B cosmetics player Naturis raises $3.5 M led by Sharrp Ventures

Jammu-based Naturis Cosmetics has raised USD 3.5 million in its maiden funding round led by Sharrp Ventures, with participation from Mirabilis Investment Trust. Post-transaction, Sharrp Ventures will hold a 6.19% stake in the firm, while Mirabilis will hold a 3.09% stake.Founded in 2011 by Rahul Tandon, the company operates as a B2B (business-to-business) contract manufacturer providing end-to-end services, including product formulation, research and development, manufacturing, and regulatory support for skincare, haircare, and personal care brands. Its client portfolio includes Nykaa, Plum, Purplle, Bare Anatomy, and Ustraa.
For FY25, Naturis Cosmetics had reported about INR 154 crore in Operating Income and about INR 12 crore in PAT.
