B2B fintech startup Mysa raises $3.4 M led by Blume Ventures, Piper Serica
Bengaluru-based B2B (business-to-business) fintech startup Mysa has raised USD 3.4 million in a Pre-Series A round of funding co-led by Blume Ventures and Piper Serica, with participation from new investors Ikemori Ventures, Raise Financial Services, and QED Innovation Labs, as well as existing investors Antler, IIMA Ventures & Neon Fund.Founded in 2023 by Arpita Kapoor and Mohit Rangaraju, Mysa is a unified finance and banking platform for mid-size businesses that automates bill payments, smart banking, AI-driven accounting, expense management, vendor management, GST ITC checks and treasury services. Mysa claims to have onboarded companies across sectors, including Dhan, Wint Wealth, Swish, DrinkPrime, Vaaree, Handpickd, Guru & Jana, Accel Data, Atomic Work, DPDZero, and Material Depot.The fresh funds will be used by the company to deepen its AI capabilities and its banking product offerings, including AI-enabled procurement, UPI-driven expense management, and a corporate credit card offering.
Between Sep-23 and Feb-25, Mysa had attracted about USD 5 M from Antler India, Blume Ventures, Emphasis Ventures, Neon Fund, and others.For FY24, Mysa had reported about INR 4 lakh in Operating Income and about INR 8 Cr in Net Loss.
