B2B food-tech platform Urban Harvest to raise Rs.341-Cr in Series D led by Info Edge
New Delhi-based Urban Harvest is set to raise INR 341.4-Cr (USD 35.9-M) in a Series D round led by Info Edge, with participation from 57 other investors including LC Nueva Advisors, Sandeep Kapadia, J & A Partners, Renu Sehgal Trust, Saburi Projects LLP, Madhuri Madhusudan Kela, Viral Amal Parikh, and Gauri Khan Family Trust.Founded in 2019, Urban Harvest is a B2B (business-to-business) food-tech platform that supplies fresh produce, food ingredients, and automated coffee machines to restaurants and cloud kitchens.The company plans to use the new funds to support business expansion, meet working capital requirements and finance marketing initiatives.
Between May 2020 and Oct 2023, Urban Harvest had attracted about $ 2 M from Indigram Labs Foundation, Info Edge.For FY25, Urban Harvest had reported about INR 118 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 1 Cr in PAT.
