B2B pharma distribution co. Fundly.ai raises $4-M led by Accel, Multiply Ventures

Mumbai-based Fundly.ai has raised USD 4 million in a funding round led by existing investors Accel India and Multiply Ventures. The transaction included participation from Rajeev Ahuja and other angel investors. In addition to this equity round, the company raised approximately USD 0.9 million in venture debt.Founded in 2021 by Amit Chawla and Shreeram Ramanathan, Fundly.ai operates as a supply-chain financing platform for pharma businesses that assists pharma retailers and distributors with procurement, payments, and working capital management. Its operations span three core areas: B2B commerce, payments and settlement infrastructure, and embedded credit.The company plans to use the newly raised capital to expand its digital commerce, payments, and credit offerings across the pharma supply chain in India.

In May 2023, Fundly.ai had attracted about USD 3 M from Accel India, Growthcap Ventures, Multiply Ventures, and others.For FY25, Fundly.ai had reported about INR 27 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 11 Cr in Net Loss.
