B2B quick commerce platform Fairdeal.Market raises $15-M led by Bertelsmann India

Gurugram-based B2B quick commerce platform Fairdeal.Market has raised USD 15 Mn (INR 142.8 Cr) in its Series A round led by Bertelsmann India Investments with participation from WaterBridge Ventures and Incubate Asia Fund.Founded in 2022 by Prateek Bansal and Yash Bansal, Fairdeal.Market is a B2B quick-commerce platform that claims to deliver wholesale inventory to local Kirana stores and small retailers in Delhi NCR in under 60 minutes.The new funds will be used to scale dark store operations, strengthen its retailer network, expand last-mile delivery capabilities, and build its tech stack and data infrastructure. It also plans to expand into new metro cities across India and scale its retailer network to over 1 Lakh retailers in FY27.
