B2B tech-focused Pentathlon Ventures closes Fund II at Rs.255-Cr
Pentathlon Ventures , an early-stage venture capital firm focused on B2B (business-to-business) technology, has announced the final close of its second fund, at INR 255 crore. The fund is backed by family offices, HNIs (high networth individuals), and entrepreneurs from India, the US, and the Middle East.Pentathlon operates as an operator-led B2B technology venture capital fund, aiming to lead seed rounds and assist early-stage technology companies with expertise, ecosystem access, and capital. Through its second fund, the firm plans to invest in about 16-20 seed-stage startups. The firm’s investment focus includes enterprise AI transformation, fintech, healthtech, cybersecurity, logistics, and manufacturing.
