Babycare products quick commerce platform OZi nets $6.2 M led by RTP Global
Delhi NCR-based baby care quick commerce platform OZi has raised USD 6.2 million (INR 57.8 crore) in its Series A round led by RTP Global. The round also saw participation from existing investors such as Blume Ventures, Huddle Ventures, and Zeropearl VC. Angel investors like Kishore Biyani and the founders of Unacademy, Mosaic Wellness, Livspace, Vetic, magicpin, Spinny, Pristyn Care, and Handpicked also participated in the round.Founded in 2025 by serial entrepreneur Sah, OZi delivers baby products, including apparel, diapers, pharmacy, and toys, in under 60 minutes. The platform claims to host 15,000 products for children in the age group of 0-12 years. It currently operates in Gurugram and Noida.OZi will use the fresh capital to deepen its presence across Delhi NCR. A part of the funding will also be used to shore up tech and operational capabilities and expand assortment.The fundraise comes five months after the firm bagged USD 3.3 million in its seed round led by Blume Ventures.
In Oct 2025, Ozi had attracted about USD 3.3 M from Blume Ventures, Huddle Ventures, Untitled Ventures, Zeropearl and others.
