Baidyanath Power to acquire 49% stake in Surana Solar SPV for Rs.2.03 Cr

Mumbai-based Baidyanath Power Private Limited is to acquire a 49 per cent stake in Surana Technologies from the latter’s publicly listed, Hyderabad-based parent company, Surana Solar , for INR 2.03 crore.Surana Technologies is an SPV created for the implementation of 54 MW Solar Power Project in Maharashtra. It is yet to commence business activity.
