Bain Capital affiliate sells Emcure Pharma shares worth Rs.610-Cr
Bain Capital, via its affiliate BC Investments IV Ltd, has sold shares of Pune-based Emcure Pharmaceuticals worth INR 610 crore in a bulk deal on BSE. The firm sold 46 lakh shares between INR 1,326 and INR 1,326.1, representing 2.4% of the company’s total equity.As of September 30, BC Investments IV held a 6.3% stake in the company.
