Bain Capital exits L&T Finance with over Rs.500-Cr stake sale

Bain Capital, through its two units BC Asia Growth Investments and BC Investments VI Limited, has sold its residual 3.59% stake in publicly listed L&T Finance. The sale, at INR 170.60 per share, fetched over INR 518 crore.
In Sep-2015, Bain Capital had invested INR 1,304.5 Cr in L&T Finance through a preferential allotment. It started to exit its investment starting in Nov-17.
