Bain Capital raises $10.5 B for Asia fund VI
US-headquartered Bain Capital has raised USD 10.5 Billion for its Asia Fund VI, surpassing its original target of USD 7 Billion. The total includes USD 9.1 Billion in external commitments, with the balance provided by the firm's partners, employees, and related entities.In Asia, Bain Capital operates across Japan, India, China, Australia, and Korea, maintaining a team of nearly 200 investment and operating professionals. It focuses on technology, industrials, consumer, healthcare, and business and financial services sectors.
