Bajaj Financial acquires stake in customer data platform provider Lemnisk

Bajaj Financial Securities has acquired a stake in customer data platform Bengaluru-based Lemnisk through a secondary transaction, which allowed partial exits for some of Lemnisk's early investors, including growX Ventures. Lemnisk has offices in Dubai, Singapore, and Boston.Founded by Praveen DS, Rinku Ghosh, and Subra Krishnan, Lemnisk develops a composable customer data platform, used by financial institutions, insurers, and other regulated entities to consolidate customer data and facilitate personalised engagement. It offers flexible deployment options, supporting both on-premise and private and public cloud environments.
Between Jun 2021 and Dec 2022, Lemnisk had attracted about USD 6 M from Artha India Ventures, Bharti Airtel, Growx Ventures, LogX Ventures and others.
