Banking tech co. Zeta raises $50-M from US-based Optum
Bengaluru-based banking technology startup Zeta has raised USD 50 million in equity funding from US-based healthcare and financial services firm Optum. The firm will be valued at USD 2 Billion post this investment compared to around USD 1.45 billion when it last raised capital in 2021.The company, started in 2015 by serial entrepreneur Bhavin Turakhia and long-term associate of the group Ramki Gaddipati, offers a cloud-native, full-stack banking technology platform, with operations in India and the US.Earlier, the firm raised USD 340 million from SoftBank and Mastercard.
