Baring Asia sells addl Coforge shares worth Rs.2,430-Cr; registers 2.73x return

Baring Asia has sold shares of publicly-listed Coforge Ltd (formerly NIIT Technologies) realising INR 2,430 crore. Post the sale, Baring Asia would hold s 30.17% stake in the company.
