Baring Asia sells addl Coforge shares worth Rs.2,560-Cr; registers 2.82x return

Baring Asia has sold a 9.86% stake in publicly-listed Coforge Ltd (formerly NIIT Technologies Ltd), for INR 2,560.32 crore. Post the sale, Baring Asia would hold a 40.11% stake in the company.
