Baring Asia sells addl Coforge shares worth Rs.887-Cr, registers 2.75x return

Baring Asia has sold a further 3.52% stake in publicly listed Coforge Ltd (formerly NIIT Technologies Ltd) realizing INR 886.97 crore. Post the sale, Baring Asia would hold a 26.64% stake in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Apr 2019, Baring Asia had invested over INR 6,000 crore for an about 70% stake in Coforge. It has made part exits starting in Oct-2020.
