Baring Asia sells CMS Info Systems shares worth Rs.638-Cr; registers 2.23x return

Baring Asia has sold a 13.76% stake in publicly-listed CMS Info Systems Ltd for INR 637.69 crore. Post the sale, Baring Asia would hold a 46.48% stake in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In May 2015, Baring Asia invested INR 1,806.12 crore for 100% stake in CMS. The company went public in Dec 2021 and Baring Asia made part exit as part of the IPO.
