Baring PE buys 0.67% stake in PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery worth Rs.8.33 Cr
Baring Private Equity India Fund 6, managed by Baring Private Equity Partners India, has acquired a 0.67% stake in Pune-based, publicly listed PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery for INR 8.33 crore.PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery manufactures and retails natural diamond, platinum, and gemstone jewellery under its flagship brand "Reva". It runs over 30 retail points using various franchise and company-operated models.
