Bartronics India to invest Rs.50-Cr for 15% stake in molecular diagnostics player Huwel Lifesciences
Hyderabad-based Bartronics India Ltd (BIL) will acquire a 15% equity stake in Hyderabad-based Huwel Life Sciences Pvt Ltd . BIL also has the option to raise its stake by another 15%. Huwel is engaged in molecular diagnostics.Bartronics India is an IT services company providing Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) solutions, including barcodes, RFID, and smart cards, as well as enterprise mobility and e-governance solutions.
