Bay Capital launches digital opportunities fund

Bay Capital has launched a Digital Opportunities Fund, a Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). The firm has appointed Sandeep Barasia , former Delhivery's chief business officer and Tej Kapoor, a partner at ICICI Venture, as co-founders and partners of the new fund.The Digital Opportunities Fund is designed to invest in high-growth public and private digital businesses across India and will selectively invest across both private and public markets.
